Clifton Park Advanced Imaging, P.L.L.C., is a private physicians' practice. For our services, we charge a single fee, inclusive of our fixed costs to provide the service (i.e., office overhead, use of imaging equipment, and any disposable medical equipment) and for professional interpretation of your examination. We are sensitive to the need to control medical costs, and make every effort to price our services reasonably.

Clifton Park Advanced Imaging is a participating provider with most local health insurance carriers. In some cases, we are unable to accept certain types of health insurance. Please make sure, at the time your appointment is originally scheduled, that Clifton Park Advanced Imaging is able to accept your health insurance. Please remember that the patient remains responsible for all charges that he or she incurs and for any co-pays or deductibles not covered by health insurance. Should you find it necessary to pay out of pocket for our services, we will be happy to inform you of our fee prior to your appointment.

Many insurers require pre-approval or pre-authorization for outpatient medical imaging studies, most commonly MRI or CT scans. It is customary for your physician to obtain this pre-authorization for you, since he or she is in possession of all the relevant medical facts to justify the procedure to the insurer. Clifton Park Advanced Imaging requires that any insurance pre-authorization be obtained before the examination is performed.
